Initial In-Person Design Consultation

Are you starting a home renovation or a building a new home? Whether you're not sure where to start, just need assistance to finalize decisions, picking finishes or everything in between, a consultation is the first step to getting the home of your dreams.
The initial consultation is an hour of one-on-one with our designer wil come to your home, in the Central NL region or meet at a location to discuss your project.

This consultation is used for:

• Reviewing project space & requirements
• Discussion of design styles and possible layouts
• To gain knowledge of your needs and wish-list
• The designer to gather information to prepare a proposal for design services required based on the scope of work required.

PLEASE NOTE: There is currently a WAITLIST for all new projects & to schedule initial consults. Specific waiting periods can vary depending on our current schedule of active projects & timelines. If you have NOT completed a Complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call with one of our team members, we recommend reaching out to us at info@kristalyndesignstudio.com to schedule a time to discuss your project, before purchasing this Initial Consult.

FAQ

1. Will you propose a design for my room during this meeting? Unfortunately no, that can't be done in a single consultation. We will prepare a customed design package based on the design services required to present to you post meeting.
2. What is the next step after the consult? We will prepare design package options for our services based on the scope of work required. Once accepted, contract signed and deposit paid, work will begin based on the schedule outlined.
3. What if I do not require a custom design package but would like additional consult time? If you don't require a custom design package, there are mini design packages available to assist you during your project or you can simply purchase additional consult time at $60.00/hr with our designer.
4. Can I reschedule my time? Yes you can, if notification is given within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. All appointments cancelled outside of the 48 hour cancellation policy days will incur an additional fee upon rescheduling fee of $50 +tax.
5. Are appointments refundable? The consultation fee is nonrefundable, however there is no fee for rescheduling your appointment if a previouly scheduled appointment is cancelled within our cancellation policy.
