You have purchased a design package and we have started the design on your project but you need additional one-on-one virtual time with our designer above what is already included.
This virtual consultation is an extra hour of one-on-one with our designer to answer any questions you may have to complete your project.
(Additional In-person consultation also available for those within the Central NL region)
FAQ

1. Can I purchase an hour design consult from the start of my project? Unfortunately no. There is additional work outside hour of the one-on-one consult that is required by the designer at the start of a project. This design services is for follow up consults to existing clients only. 2. Can I purchase as many additional follow up consult hours as I need to complete my project? Yes absolutely, there is no limit to how many hours you can have with the designer. However, if you feel you need more guidance and assistance than the package you have purchased, more cost efficient packages are available for 5+ extra hours. 3. I live in the Central NL Region, is there an option to have an in-person consult with the designer? Yes, you can op to have the designer come to your home, or meet you at a location (ie: local supplier). See In-person Follow up Design Consult for more info.
4. Can I reschedule my time? Yes you can. While there is no fee for rescheduling, we ask you to be respectful of our time and if a cancellation is required please provide a 24 hour notice. We do understand that things may come up unexpectedly at the last minute and will work with you to reschedule another time
5. Are appointments refundable? The consultation fee is nonrefundable, however there is no fee for rescheduling your appointment.
