The initial design consult fee, of $125 +tax, is paid upon purchase of this package and will be applied as a payment to the total cost of the Room Revive|eDesign Package.

  • The total cost of the design package is depended on the scope of work and requirements of the project design. The price will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the design process.
  • Design service fees are subject to change if the scope of work changes or additional time is required to complete your design above what is included in this package.

Space/Room Requirements

Pricing of this package is for ONE room|living area, and therefore, areas in open-concept spaces may be subject to additional fees.

  • If you are planning to complete more than one room, additional eDesign packages can be purchased at a 25% discount.
  • This package DOES NOT INCLUDE design for kitchen or bath. These spaces require a more comprehensive design plan than included in this package. Please see our Kitchen & Bath eDesign Packages (Comming Soon).

WHO?

Do you have a space that has good bones, but is in need of a REVIVE? This eDesign package is ideal for clients who need help selecting new paint color, adding a focal point, sourcing key furniture pieces and styling final accessories and decor.

What?

You will have private digital access to your project profile, communication with a designer through our messaging centre and three virtual design consultations (total of 2hrs) throughout the design process.
You will be provided with

  • Moodboard with suggestive styling & finishes
  • Two design concept options
  • Up to two sets of revisions of your preferred design option.

The final design will include

  • Detailed digital design plan - Floor plans and elevations
  • Photorealistic 3D renderings of your space
  • Shopping guide with links to the key pieces
  • Finishing schedule and our design notes & installation guide to help you put it all together.

How?

We will require some input from you (measurements, photos etc), and through our virtual showroom, we will collect a selection of furniture, decor, artwork, lighting etc, that will complete your space with a designer's touch.
Prior to our initial consult you will be required to answer a design questionnaire so we can gain insight on your style, wish list and requirements. Throughout the design process we may require you to fill out additional questionnaires, so we can ensure that every detail will reflect your personal style, your needs and function and bring your space back to life.

Timelines

Our policy is to book all initial designs consultations within two weeks from the purchase date of your eDesign package, when possible.
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the initial design consultation for the design process and completion of your design plan. If you have purchased more than one package at once, an additional 2-3 weeks will be added to the design process. This timeline can be extended if there is a delay in receiving requested information from you.
Timelines can be extended at any time, especially during peak busy seasons. Confirmation of the expected timeline for your design plan will be discussed during the initial design consultation.
